By scheduling a service appointment with Elite Sub-Zero Appliance Repair, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services Provided

We provide repair and maintenance services for luxury appliances. Our technicians will diagnose issues and provide repair estimates before performing work. Additional repairs discovered during service will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Pricing and Payment

Service call fees and repair estimates will be provided before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Parts and Materials

We use high-quality replacement parts that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. Parts used in repairs are covered by our service warranty.

Service Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your repair documentation. Warranty coverage applies to the specific repair performed and parts installed.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We appreciate advance notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, cosmetic damage, or issues unrelated to our repair.
